Giáo xứ Gia Lạc thuộc Thôn Gia Lạc xã Hồng lý huyện Vũ Thư tỉnh Thái Bình.
Năm 1750 có một họ đạo thuộc khu Tổng Thượng, đó là họ Thượng Hộ. Năm 1820 họ đạo Gia Lạc là họ lẻ thuộc xứ Kẻ Riền. Năm 1921 Gia Lạc được nâng lên hàng giáo xứ và nhận quan thầy là Đức Mẹ Mân Côi. Ngôi nhà thờ đầu tiên được xây dựng năm 1881, khi Gia Lạc vẫn còn là họ lẻ nhưng số giáo dân đã lên đến 633 người. Với số giáo dân đông như vậy, nhà thờ đã bị hư hỏng nặng và được tu sửa nhiều lần. Năm 1990 cha Vinc Vũ Văn Duyệt trùng tu lại và năm 1998 Cha Phêro Trần ĐÌnh Bốn đã xây dựng lại ngôi thánh đường như ngày nay.
