SUY NIỆM: Sự bình an của Ðức Giêsu không phải là không có chiến tranh. Nó cũng không phải là tâm trạng khoan khoái, thoải mái sung sướng của con người về mặt tâm lý. Sự bình an đích thực mà Chúa Giêsu trao ban là ân huệ lớn lao từ nơi Chúa Cha. Ân huệ này chính là ơn Cứu Ðộ, ơn giải thoát ta khỏi sợ hãi và nô lệ tội lỗi. Chúng ta sẽ được bình an khi sống trong ân sủng, sự thật và ánh sáng của Chúa. Chúng ta cũng được bình an khi chân thành yêu thương anh em.
CẦU NGUYỆN: Lạy Chúa Giêsu, xin ban cho chúng con sự bình an đích thực trong tâm hồn. Ðể cuộc sống của chúng con không bị chao đảo, xao xuyến trước những thử thách khó khăn. Xin cho gia đình, khu xóm, giáo xứ của chúng con cũng được sống trong sự bình an của Chúa. Chúng con biết hòa hợp yêu thương nhau, biết tha thứ, bỏ qua những khuyết điểm của nhau và biết tích cực xây đắp một cuộc sống an hòa, đoàn kết, yêu thương giữa cộng đoàn của chúng con. Amen.
