Chúa Giêsu khuyên các môn đệ phải trong tư thế chuẩn bị sẵn sàng để đón Chúa trở lại và Người cũng nói điều đó với chúng ta hôm nay...
Chuẩn bị sẵn sàng để đón Chúa trở lại là chờ ngày Chúa quang lâm và giờ Chúa gọi mỗi người đến trình diện Chúa.
Chúng ta không biết ngày giờ nào chúng ta từ giã cõi đời này. Chuẩn bị sẵn sàng là sống trong tình trạng ân nghĩa với Chúa và thực hiện những điều Chúa dạy.
CẦU NGUYỆN:
Lạy Chúa Giêsu, xin giúp chúng con luôn biết chuẩn bị sẵn sàng đón chờ ngày Chúa quang lâm, bằng niềm tin vững mạnh vào Chúa, bằng tình yêu chan hòa với anh chị em. Chỉ trong niềm tin yêu, phó thác, chúng con mới có được sự khôn ngoan đích thực và an bình, để trình diện với Chúa trong ngày sau hết. Amen.
